Steve spent 30 years as a police officer in the Metropolitan Police, and has been a Toastmaster for the last 10 years. He trained with the London Guild of Toastmasters and subsequently joined the Toastmasters and Masters of Ceremonies Federation of which he is now Secretary. He is also the membership Secretary of the Toastmasters General Council.
