Richard Jasper has been playing the Highland Bagpipes since the age of 10. He grew up alongside good friend and Ex Scots Guards Piper, Steve Duffy, with whom he still plays today in a Ceilidh band.

Richard grew up in Banbury, Oxfordshire, where he currently lives with his wife and three children. Proud to be associated with the highland bagpipes, Richard continues to compete in piping competitions, very recently competing as a member of the University of Luton Pipe band, English champions.

Richard is a world class musician always endeavouring to promote a positive role for bagpiping.
